3. Unless otherwise provided for in this Tariff, the fee payable for an originating application for which the value of the subject-matter of the dispute or the amount claimed cannot be determined is, before the Court of Québec, $190 when payable by a natural person and $231 when payable by a legal person.
Before the Superior Court, the fee is $380 when payable by a natural person and $462 when payable by a legal person.
3. Unless otherwise provided for in this Tariff, the fee payable for an originating application for which the value of the subject-matter of the dispute or the amount claimed cannot be determined is, before the Court of Québec, $184 when payable by a natural person and $217 when payable by a legal person.
Before the Superior Court, the fee is $369 when payable by a natural person and $434 when payable by a legal person.
3. Unless otherwise provided for in this Tariff, the fee payable for an originating application for which the value of the subject-matter of the dispute or the amount claimed cannot be determined is, before the Court of Québec, $180 when payable by a natural person and $211 when payable by a legal person.
Before the Superior Court, the fee is $359 when payable by a natural person and $422 when payable by a legal person.

Unless otherwise provided for in this Tariff, the fee payable for an originating application for which the value of the subject-matter of the dispute or the amount claimed cannot be determined is, before the Court of Québec, $177 when payable by a natural person and $209 when payable by a legal person.
Before the Superior Court, the fee is $355 when payable by a natural person and $417 when payable by a legal person.
3. Unless otherwise provided for in this Tariff, the fee payable for an originating application for which the value of the subject-matter of the dispute or the amount claimed cannot be determined is, before the Court of Québec, $174 when payable by a natural person and $205 when payable by a legal person.
Before the Superior Court, the fee is $349 when payable by a natural person and $410 when payable by a legal person.

Unless otherwise provided for in this Tariff, the fee payable for an originating application for which the value of the subject-matter of the dispute or the amount claimed cannot be determined is, before the Court of Québec, $171 when payable by a natural person and $202 when payable by a legal person.
Before the Superior Court, the fee is $343 when payable by a natural person and $403 when payable by a legal person.

Unless otherwise provided for in this Tariff, the fee payable for an originating application for which the value of the subject-matter of the dispute or the amount claimed cannot be determined is, before the Court of Québec, $170 when payable by a natural person and $200 when payable by a legal person.
Before the Superior Court, the fee is $340 when payable by a natural person and $400 when payable by a legal person.
